AN OLD VISITOR

Unbeknownst, an old visitor slyly threaded its way into my life…again. With its mastery of disguise, it sewed itself into parts of me that only seemed a little worn but nevertheless still unworthily needing any attention. There was no knock on the door nor was there any prior notice or any cautionary indicators. This has been a cold hostile takeover.

Over a short burst of time, a foreign-looking color began to thread and reverberated energy that pulsated throughout the entire tapestry. A distortion was happening in the picture. Miniscule at first, but got larger and started to be felt and noticed by certain shifts in my feelings.

Changes in both internal and external construal of perceived realities clued me in to instigate processes to observe and analyze my inner universe’s distortion.

Aggression seems to prevail.

Anger perhaps is this visitor’s identity?

This is in dire need of further investigation…
