DISCOVERY OF HSP (HIGHLY SENSITIVE PERSON)

Ramin Entry #2

I just discovered today that I’m an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person)
I’m very thankful and grateful to God for unraveling this enlightenment🙏
I broke down in tears of joy and relieve knowing that my whole entire life, including my bipolar disorder and suicide attempts, make complete sense now!

My lifelong search for self-awareness has finally borne fruits, I now comprehend the identity to my personality trait which is part of my DNA I was born with….why I feel, think, and do the way I am.
I thank all the negative, insensitive, hurtful, insulting, offensive, unkind, cruel, tactless, inappropriate, ruthless, aggressive, intimidating, hostile, unsettling, derogatory, demoralizing, dehumanizing, disheartening, belittling, invalidating, and misunderstood criticisms, comments, gaslighting, and judgments directed at me throughout my life, because those emotional and mental abuses only lit an ever-growing encouraging fire to go further and dig deeper into my journey of self-awareness, truth, and authenticity.

No more being haunted and imprisoned by self-worthlessness, self-denial, and being ashamed of who I am, my feelings, and my thoughts. This paradigm shift of recognizing who I really am begins a new chapter in my new journey of healing towards fulfillment, contentment, and peace. The transformation of the hidden cocoon into a soaring winged butterfly has begun. It is such a liberating feeling to own and embrace my gift of uniqueness that God has blessed me with!

Awareness is key, for it is one of the most powerful and grounding tools we can equip ourselves with. It helps us be more self-aware as we develop more humility, compassion, empathy, and love for ourselves and others. Please be kind to yourself and others. God bless
